Open Positions:
Recruiters - 5 Nos
Sr. Recruiters - 2 Nos
Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, and select top candidates for various non-IT roles across the organization
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job openings to onboarding new hires
* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the finance industry
* Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent management
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities: -
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify and attract top talent, particularly for niche and leadership roles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
- Meet hiring targets under high-pressure environments while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of various hiring methodologies.
- Proven ability to deliver results in high-pressure situations and exceed hiring targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with vendor management and stakeholder collaboration in recruitment processes. -
