Job Description
CyberSolve is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and lead end-to-end project lifecycles, focusing on both current and newly assigned IGA accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects in a rapidly growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Maintain regular client communication, provide updates, resolve issues, and foster long-term relationships.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution of tasks, timely achievement of milestones, and delivery of key project outputs.
- Enforce project hygiene standards, including consistent milestone updates, status tracking, and timeline adherence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, including 2+ years in the IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) domain.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate project statuses, risks, and milestones effectively.
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar).
