Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 CRM with Business Analyst Experience (8+ years)
Location: Pan India
Level: 5 to 10 And 9 to 15 yr
Summary:
The Dynamics 365 Business Analyst/Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. They possess a deep understanding of business processes and leverage their expertise in Dynamics 365 to design, configure, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, communication prowess, and hands-on experience with the Dynamics 365 platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Configuration:
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards to align with specific needs.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications as required.
- Develop user stories and test cases to ensure solution quality.
- Pre-Sales:
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Assist in creating proposals and demonstrating the functional capabilities of Dynamics 365.
- Provide estimates for solution configuration and implementation efforts.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Proactively propose and implement improvements to maximize the value of Dynamics 365.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand pain points, goals, and desired outcomes.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement through Dynamics 365.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Functional Expertise:
- Deep understanding of business processes and best practices in relevant industries.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet specific needs.
- Understanding of data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Other:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Experience in a consulting or business analyst role is preferred.
Additional Considerations:
- Industry Experience: Experience in the relevant industries would be a significant advantage.
- Technical Aptitude: While not a core developer, a basic understanding of technical concepts and integration points is beneficial.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective solutions within Dynamics 365 is crucial.
