This role focuses on managing and supporting Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Leave & Absence. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Compensation, handle O&M activities (access requests, incidents, enhancements), and contribute to Workday bi-annual upgrades. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting Workday integrations and EIBs.
