Job Description
About Position:
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Expert with strong knowledge of core Finance, Corporate, and Sales processes. This role involves implementing and optimizing D365 solutions, mapping complex business processes, and leveraging Power Platform for workflows and reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience and familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and RSAT for environment management and automated testing.

What You'll Do:
- Implement and configure D365 Finance & Operations modules across Finance, Corporate, and Sales domains.
- Map and optimize business processes for:
- Finance & Corporate: Record to Report, Cash to Tax, Plan to Analyse, Hire to Retire, Travel to Workspace, Govern to Comply, Data to Insight, Asset Management, Payroll, External Reporting, Source-to-Pay (Accounts Payable) Accounts Payable, General ledger, Cash and Bank Mgnt.
- Sales, Marketing & GTM: Lead to Order, Order to Cash (OTC) Customer Service & Accounts Receivable, Education, Marketing, Customer Business Plan, Subscription Billing.
- Design and automate workflows and reporting dashboards using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Manage environments and deployments using Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Perform automated testing and validation using RSAT.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations modules and related processes.
- Deep understanding of Finance & Corporate processes and Sales/Marketing workflows.
- Hands-on implementation experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Proficiency in business process mapping and solution design.
- Experience with Power Platform for workflows and reporting.
- Familiarity with LCS for environment management and RSAT for automated testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
