• 3+ years experience in handling full recruitment life Cycle of Non-IT and IT positions for US market.
• Should have very good experience of sourcing for full times roles/corporate hiring.
• Candidates with very strong written spoken communication skill preferred.
• Candidate should be a conversation starter.
• Experience of working on job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, indeed, ZipRecruiter and Google search.
• Proven experience in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, salary negotiation, conducting interviews, reference checks etc.
• Develop and maintain network through Job portals, LinkedIn etc.
• Maintain complete Recruitment Database.

• Proactive, self-driven and quick learner.
