Project Managing the entire lifecycle of improvement from Identification to deployment of a particular solution
Identify the pain points based on the inputs from the operations team. The pain points could be internal process/operations based or end customer based.
To produce and optimize the best possible campaign for their clients.
Scheduling and implementing advertising campaigns.
Plan strategies for the organization and execute those strategies.
Analyze overall performance and provide summary report on daily, weekly & monthly.
Create business cases, Dashboards and do benefit analyses to be presented to the stakeholders for sign off.
Excellent Communication Skills
Very good command over Written, verbal English - Vocab & articulations both
Leading activities like Creative content audit check, Creative's upload, and Campaign Delivery and optimizing on Google Ad Manager
Should have Digital Marketing background and knowledge on How Campaigns are published, how it is optimized and analysis of impressions and Delivery f campaign
Should have good Campaign Management skills for minimum of 3 + years
Drive the Campaign Managers to achieve daily goals without impacting SLAs
Should be willing to work from Home /Office in Night Shifts
Good Client Management skills
Should have managed Ad Campaigns in the past using Google Ad Manager Platform
Must have good Knowledge of Excel & Power point, to maintain dashboards and KPI Scorecards
Must have business Acumen to analyze the existing workflows and ability to automate or bring business enhancement to existing businesses
Zest for Learning and willingness to communicate effectively on all channels like Teams Chat, Emails & Calls
Able to Manage multi-tasking tasks at a time
