Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven SEO Executive whos goal is to ensure that when creators search for growth, they find VeeFly. You will own the organic funnel, from technical health to high-authority backlink profiles.
You wont just be chasing keywords; youll be architecting organic growth in an era of AI-driven search.
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-Page & Content Intelligence
- Keyword Discovery: Conduct deep-dive research to identify high-intent keywords for the global creator economy.
- Content Optimization: Optimize meta-tags, headers, and internal linking structures to ensure our "AI-first" tools rank for the right queries.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the content team to ensure every blog, landing page, and guide is engineered for search performance.
2. Technical SEO & Site Health
- Health Audits: Perform regular technical audits to identify and fix crawlability issues, 404s, and schema errors.
- Core Web Vitals: Monitor site speed and mobile responsiveness to maintain a "green" status across all performance metrics.
- Index Management: Use Google Search Console to monitor indexing and resolve robots.txt or sitemap discrepancies.
3. Off-Page & Authority Building
- Quality Outreach: Execute link-building strategies that focus on high-authority domains in the Ad-tech and Creator-tech space.
- Competitor Intelligence: Analyze competitor backlink profiles to identify and close "authority gaps."
- Brand Partnerships: Build relationships with industry influencers and platforms for guest posting and collaborative content.
4. Analytics & AI-Trends
- Performance Dashboards: Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates to provide actionable monthly reports.
- Algorithm Sentinel: Stay ahead of Googles "SGE" (Search Generative Experience) and other AI-related algorithm changes.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 1-3years of core SEO experience. If youve worked with SaaS or Tech products, youll have a head start.
- Tool Mastery: Proficient in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
- Technical Foundation: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and experience managing SEO within WordPress.
- Analytical Mindset: You don't just see "traffic"; you see patterns, intent, and opportunities for growth.
