Job Description

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients who are interested in derivatives trading.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in derivatives trading.
Assist the sales team by providing product expertise and supporting them in their client interactions. Help prepare sales presentations, marketing materials, and product demos.
Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments that may affect the sales process.
Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth. Work with the sales manager to set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and develop action plans to achieve sales goals.
Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their understanding of derivatives trading. Keep them updated on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to help them effectively sell these financial instruments.

Collaborate with other internal teams, such as research, derivatives trading, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client solutions.
