Job Description

Source qualified health care professionals via job boards, social media, and referrals

Screen candidates for credentials, licensure, and cultural fit

Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers

Ensure compliance with state licensure, federal regulations, and credentialing standards

Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
