Job Description
Job Location - Madurai, Dindigudal, Virudhunagar
Purpose: Will be responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention and achieving efficiency of assigned geography, employees and sources while keeping the team motivated and engaged.
Responsible for allocation of geography at team level. Should work closely with his team members on geography mapping. Should audit and review the progress of area mapping on regular intervals and share the progress report with his superiors.

- Knowledge of the entire geography.
- Ability to plan and strategize the geography mapping.
- Ability to use tools and resources to identify potential areas and sources.

- 100% - 90% area mapping = 10, 80% - 90% = 8, 70% - 80% = 6, 60% - 50% = 4, <50% =0
- Source Relationship Management.
- Relationship Management- Is responsible for managing the relationship with all sources of his team and geographic area.
Knowledge Skills & Functional Competency
- To identify the problem and expectations of the sources with low LSR, SLR and MS.
- Knowledge and ability to use various tools which can be utilized to improve relationship and ratios.

- Source Relationship Management 80 100% = 10, 60 80 = 8, 40- 60 = 6, < 40 = 0
- Mutually defined LSR,

- Audit / Relationship / Coaching Calls
- Responsible to conduct Joint Calls daily with team which includes Source visits and Sales calls.

- Channel Partner Recruitment
Responsible for validation and empanelment of channel partners
Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competency
- Knowledge of BSA empanelment process.
- Ability to identify the potential channel partner
- Ability to identify whether the BSA falls within the norms and category defined.

- Team Huddle
Responsible for conducting team huddle on a daily basis as per the process laid down.

Responsible for implementation and review of goal sheet and weekly completion of Sales Patri II.
