Job Description

        Lead the setting up of sales and distribution network at regional level. Provide leadership for a high

        Growth environment and create a charged and motivated sales team, which represents the spirit of the organization in the market place.

        Create a good distribution network that is sustainable and customer driven. Build distributor partner relationships on mutual respect, teamwork and trust. Help create an environment that enhances customer buying experience.

        Formulate and implement a Regional Sales Plan in accordance with the revenue goals of the business.

        Recruit and induct sales team.

        Develop and execute sales and distribution plan.

        Ensure accurate sales forecasting and roll out effective strategy to increase sales both primary and secondary.

        Develop and nurture effective channel and showrooms.

        Develop good relationship with distribution partners built on mutual respect, teamwork and trust.

        Serve as effective advisor (formally) and mentor (informally) for the sales team

        Credit Control, profitable sale and other financial discipline.

        Track and maintain records of the markets and competitors.

        Achieve high customer satisfaction score through NPS (Net Promoter Score).
