We are hiring a Process Trainer Role: Insurance Product Trainer Experience: 2 to 5 Years Location: Hyderabad Salary: Best in the Industry Language: Telugu, English Must-Have: Candidate should have two Years of Relevant experience in Health and Life Insurance. Having soft skill Training experience preferably in a Call Center Must have excellent presentation and communication skills Should be ready to travel to all locations in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Any certifications in soft skills would be an added advantage Roles and Responsibilities 1. Train new hire batches on product 2. Design onboarding session for new hires on Soft Skills. 3. Support the OJT period by observing, measuring, and monitoring learners as needed. 4. Content Development 5. Monitor calls on Communication and Soft Skills. 6. Provide continuous Coaching & Feedback to enhance business performance. 7. Listen to calls. (recorded/side-by-side) on the floor 8. Prepare training material & Schedule 9.
