Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source profiles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
Manage interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Assist in offer negotiation process by providing guidance on salary expectations and benefits.
