Job Description

Job Description for Process Associate:

Receiving inbound calls of customers, as per the campaign specific SLA.
Documenting all calls with regards to the customer, accurately, in respective software.
Maintaining the required login hours on daily base.
Maintaining the call quality as per benchmark.
Maintaining shift adherence.
Up to date knowledge of product and processes.
Provide quality customer service on every call.
To appear for refresher training.
To take every feedback from team leaders and Quality team in a positive manner for purposes of improving customer skills.

Skill / Eligibility Criteria:

Ready to work in rotational shift timings & Rotational weekly off.
Good/moderate command over spokenEnglish& written and should be able to communicate in a convincing manner.
Should be multitasking and work in outbound & inbound both.
No leave during March to June (Except one week off)
