Job Description

Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and goals.Acts as a bridge between management and employees and ensures a constant flow of necessary information to stakeholders.

Prepares and keeps a track of key HR metrics and KPIs like attrition, cost of hire, employee satisfaction score and updates management on the same.Resolves all people related issues and be the last neck to choke for everything related to people (personal problems, disputes, and legal issues).
