Job Description

1. Daily Communication: Have daily calls with US-based contacts to discuss and refine a priority list.

2. Coordination: Coordinate activities among various India teams to ensure tasks from the priority list are completed.

3. Status Updates: Sync with on-site counterparts, provide status updates, and raise any questions or issues that arise.

4. SDLC Compliance: Ensure that work by various teams follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, including tickets, approvals, and documentation, while maintaining efficiency.

5. Vendor/Contractor Management: Assess and, when needed, assist in hiring vendors/contractors by describing the product and role to applicants.

6. Timeline Planning: Proactively plan for delivery timelines, adjust priorities when unforeseen issues arise, and facilitate collaboration among India teams as needed.

7. Support and Troubleshooting: Offer support to various teams by conducting testing, analyzing logs, and performing basic issue troubleshooting when required.

8. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
   • Tech knowledge: REST APIs, automation, testing, logs, security.
   • Product mindset and hands-on testing.
   • SDLC expertise, story writing.
   • Cloud experience, basic database queries.
   • Familiar with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, WebSockets.
   • Programming and test automation skills (Node.js/TypeScript/JavaScript).
