The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations, handling customer inquiries and complaints, managing schedules, and training and coaching the staff. The Assistant Manager will ensure a high level of customer service and operational efficiency while adhering to company policies and procedures. Qualifications Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer. service skills Experience in managing staff and handling customer inquiries and complaints Knowledge of HRMS software and attendance tracking systems Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the staffing industry and knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
