You Are: A detail-oriented process owner who can manage and report on the execution of a strategic Quality process end to end. You are energized by constantly watching out for ways to improve and solve problems through a combination of known best practices, new ideas, and collaboration. You are a natural leader with a gift for coaching others and playing to their strengths to maximize the teams performance. The Work: We are looking for a Quality Managers to support the Industry X Quality Framework and Quality Lead: Fostering knowledge about and understanding of the Industry X Quality & Risk Framework: Awareness sessions for business stakeholders Question and answer sessions for business stakeholders Revision of training materials Supporting tool development: Creation and confirmation of requirements for the IX Quality Framework Tool(s) Business Acceptance Tests for Tool upgrades Supporting creation and maintenance of Work Archetypes and risk profiles: Identification of need to create a new Archetype Identification of Business Owners Assistance of Business Owners for content of Archetypes Support of Legal Review Update of Archetype Repository & Tool Database (SharePoint) Supporting identification of Archetypes for opportunities Participation to pipeline reviews Assistance of Business Owners for mapping opportunity Archetype
