Prior experience in an administrative role will be essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel Powerpoint
Exposure in customer service and problem-solving
Ability to optimise quality of work bandwidth within stipulated timelines
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Multi-tasking and team player
Ability to converse in Kannada along with Hindi English
Key responsibilities:
Manage seamless telephonic email communication across departments of the company
Quote to collection cycle of all services deals to be followed maintained
Involve in daily operational interactions with services delivery vendors other respective stakeholders pertaining to the business unit
Validate delivery costs/expenses and track margins while ensuring smooth order processing invoicing post project sign-off
Support inventory management logistics co-ordination with operations at HQ regions
