Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring proper display of stock on sales counter, understanding customer requirement and guiding them
• Responsible to achieve sales target by product sales, up-selling and cross selling of products, stock tally.
• Attending walk-in customers, Upselling, Cross Selling to the potential customers,

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups
• Maintain good relation with customer and team. Retention of customers, continuously improve through feedback, Customer satisfaction through effective sales technique,
• Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
