Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements, develop job descriptions, and create a recruitment strategy.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online recruiting platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
  • Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, including detailed candidate profiles.
  • Negotiate and extend offers to top candidates, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing qualified Salesforce professionals.
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies.
  • 5. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including core products and certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in placing mid- to senior-level candidates.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent sourcing skills and experience with a variety of online recruiting tools.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
