    Collection Executive / Collection Agent Voice Process (BPO)

    Outbound Calls: Make calls to customers with outstanding dues. Remind them of their pending payments politely but firmly.

    Debt Collection: Negotiate payment terms, settlements, or partial payments. Provide payment options or plans where applicable. Customer Interaction: Answer inbound queries related to payments.

    Handle objections or disputes professionally.
