Hiring Operation Manager in Ahmadabad Location @ Mukul Consultants

Job Description

• Develop, teach and reinforce safety guidelines and protocols
• Follow up after accidents and injuries on the floor
• Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed
• Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity
• Train and mentor SCM employees
• Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
• Focus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to COO
• Optimize warehouse functions
• Handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers
• Monitor employee activities and provide guidance where needed
• Encourage a positive work environment and culture for all employees
• Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with all safety policies
• Create and send reports to the Director of Operations
• Coordinate staff schedules, training and on boarding

• Problem-solving abilities that adapt to a variety of situations
• Overseeing day-to-day activities in the facility
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning platforms
• Two years of experience in a management position

• 10+ years experience in manufacturing in a leadership role
• 4+ years experience in supply chain management
• Ability to lead, train and mentor employees on a personal level
• Qualification: Any Graduate with post graduate diploma in Material Management / Dispatch &Stores
