Job Description

Role and Responsibility:    To Visit assigned merchants as per beat plan and report on a daily basis.   Build and maintain good working relationships with current and potential clients in order to create an atmosphere that fosters sales.  Engage and train Brands across hierarchy to implement payment solutions across the merchant base.  Acquire, engage and train merchants on payment solutions.  Meet the set goals and sales targets  To promote marketing activities offered by Bank/Brands and Benow to the merchants.   Interact with Immediate manager and internal teams for merchants issue resolution.  Present periodic reports to management on sales operations   Educational Qualification   Any Graduate with a good academic record    Skills and experience: Essential  At least 2 year of field sales experience of Merchant Acquiring / Banking/Telecom industry or field sales Experience   Hands on experience with merchant acquiring, engagement & payment solutions    Desirable Soft Skills :  Good negotiation, communication and convincing skills.   Analytical skills
