Job Title: Channel Sales Manager Team Handling Role
Industry: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
Experience: 6+ Years (Minimum 2 years in team management)

What Were Looking For:

A results-driven professional with strong sales planning and team management skills. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years managing a team. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the BFSI sector.

Purpose of the Role:

To drive sales targets by fostering strong relationships with channel partners and internal teams within the allocated branches or geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and nurture relationships with channel partners to achieve business targets.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to maximize mindshare and improve market penetration.
  • Monitor and review team performance against targets; provide guidance and support for success and career growth.
  • Drive consistent and effective sales behavior using digital sales management tools and processes.
  • Ensure business quality and persistency through disciplined execution.
