Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with 10+ years of experience to build and lead our sales team focused on University sales. This is a unique opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for a B2B SaaS product within a high-trust, relationship-driven segment.


Proven B2B SaaS sales experience selling to Universities is mandatory for this role


You will own the end-to-end sales cycle - from initial outreach to closing - while developing a deep understanding of the unique needs and decision-making dynamics of Universities. As a hands-on leader, you will personally drive prospecting efforts, deliver platform demos, and convert high-value leads.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of total experience in Sales and Strong background in B2B SaaS Sales.
  • Prior experience of working with University is mandatory.
  • Experience with selling products to Universities outside India is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on, proactive leader - comfortable being both strategic and operational.
  • Having both inbound and outbound sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in leading small, outcome-oriented sales teams.
  • Ready to relocate to Bangalore (5 Days Work from Office in HSR Layout, Bangalore).
