JOB DeECRIPTION :
Efficiently manage the Director's schedule by scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Prioritize and optimize the his time to ensure productivity and avoid conflicts.
Handle all incoming and outgoing communication for the Directors.
Coordinate and arrange complex travel itineraries for the Directors, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing.
Act as a liaison between the directors and various people, such as executives, clients, partners, and employees. Maintain positive relationships and handle inquiries on behalf of the directors.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Maintain organized and secure records, databases, and files.
Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and executive-level gatherings, ensuring smooth execution and a positive experience for attendees
