Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead client acquisition and relationship management for blue-collar manpower recruitment services to the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the recruitment or staffing industry, with a strong understanding of manpower requirements in sectors such as construction, oil & gas, facilities management, logistics, or manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Middle East, focusing on blue-collar manpower needs.
Build and maintain relationships with HR heads, procurement teams, and project managers in target industries.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure delivery of qualified candidates.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, tenders, and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.
Stay updated on labor laws, visa regulations, and compliance standards in GCC countries.
Attend industry events, expos, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field; MBA preferred.
48 years of experience in business development or sales in recruitment, preferably focused on international placements.
Strong knowledge of the Middle East job market and blue-collar workforce dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as required within the Middle East and/or sourcing countries (India, Nepal, Bangladesh, etc.).
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or regional languages is a plus.
