We are looking for dynamic and motivated International Sales Executives to join our growing team at PolicyBazaar, Indias largest online insurance marketplace. The role involves engaging with international clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering customized policy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to international leads via calls.
- Educate customers about insurance products and services offered by PolicyBazaar
- Convert leads into successful sales through consultative selling
- Maintain strong follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt and accurate solutions
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Required Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Confidence in international calling and client interaction
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of insurance is a plus (training will be provided)
