Key Responsibilities:-
Establishing relationships with new clients through business development and marketing campaigns.
Accountability of Revenue Targets, Solution Development, Contract Management,
Developing and Analyzing Scalable Opportunities, Sales Management, Acquisition of
New Accounts.
Responsible for Selling Recruitment & Executive Search services (strategic and leadership roles)
Permanent Recruitment and Outsourcing to different Business Houses of Pan India.
Tracking of new projects, competitors activities & performance, sensing new changes evolving new models.
Handling existing client as well as new client leads through cold calling and client visiting
Evolving SLA's specific to client requirements & business processes.
Collating inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring smooth transition of assignments.
Meeting Key decision makers - Strategic Heads/Business Heads/CEO levels of various companies to get insights on their HR plans and provide HR Solutions accordingly.
Client Acquisition across sectors (You may tie up with all 24 sector in pan India)
