 Assistant Manager HR (Organizational)

Job Description

To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the Organizations ambition to be a high performing Organization.

To include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.

The responsibilities includes conducting organizational assessments, developing and implementing strategies, facilitating change management, supporting leadership development, analysing data and making recommendations, and collaborating with other departments.

To plan, develop, implement and administer HR development and training programs for company employees.

Acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.

Analysing HR structures, procedures, processes, policies and the utilization of resources.

Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, Policies, processes, programs, and training materials.

Analytical and critical thinking skills

Flexible, Adaptable & comfortable with ambiguity

Analysing data

Identifying patterns and trends

Making data-driven decisions

Regulatory and compliance knowledge

Excellent in Communication & Presentation Skills

Exposure in Advance Excel & Dashboards

Required qualifications:

1. Masters degree (Full Time MBA) in organizational psychology, organizational development, or business administration preferred.

2. A minimum of 2 to 5 years experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industry.

3. Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.

4. Advanced proficiency in office and business administration SAP SF software.
