The responsibilities includes conducting organizational assessments, developing and implementing strategies, facilitating change management, supporting leadership development, analysing data and making recommendations, and collaborating with other departments.
To plan, develop, implement and administer HR development and training programs for company employees.
Acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.
Analysing HR structures, procedures, processes, policies and the utilization of resources.
Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, Policies, processes, programs, and training materials.

Required qualifications:
1. Masters degree (Full Time MBA) in organizational psychology, organizational development, or business administration preferred.
2. A minimum of 2 to 5 years experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
4. Advanced proficiency in office and business administration SAP SF software.
