Job Description
BKC location - 6 days working (1 Sat off/3 half day)
Role & responsibilities
Design and Drafting:
- Assist in creating conceptual and detailed architectural designs for projects.
- Prepare CAD drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
- Develop layouts and floor plans based on project requirements.
Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with engineering teams (structural, MEP) to align architectural designs with technical requirements.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Assist in preparing documentation for government approvals and permits.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
Site Visits:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Address design-related queries from contractors and provide solutions under guidance.
Presentation and Reporting:
- Prepare design presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support the team in project reporting and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate development.
- Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork & management skills.
- Attention to detail with a creative and innovative mindset.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations (DCPR).
- Experience with real estate or large-scale residential/commercial projects
