Job Summary
Casagrand Pune Zone is looking for a dynamic and skilled C&C Architect (Concept & Coordination) to drive conceptual design development, architectural coordination, and competitive product planning for residential apartment and villa projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design capabilities, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to independently manage concept creation, design refinement, and consultant interactions within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design concepts for residential apartments and villa projects.
- Coordinate with external architects, review their submissions, and finalize concept drawings as per agreed timelines.
- Independently create, evaluate, and refine design concepts with a strong understanding of space planning, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Work proficiently on AutoCAD; SketchUp knowledge will be a strong advantage.
- Review, study, and evaluate drawings at every stage of design; consolidate inputs and share clear feedback with architects for incorporation.
- Manage architectural coordination and ensure seamless delivery of construction drawings for entire projects.
- Conduct site visits for feasibility studies, site analysis, and understanding project constraints and opportunities.
- Carry out competitor analysis to benchmark products and develop best-in-class master plans and unit plans for the market.
- Handle responsibilities independently and support cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in designing and coordinating residential apartment and villa projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp preferred.
- Excellent understanding of architectural design standards, building bye-laws, DCR, and construction detailing.
- Ability to evaluate design options, think creatively, and deliver design solutions within short timelines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
