Job Description
Role & responsibilities Preference should be given to the candidates from Civil/Architectural/PMC industry back ground.
- Tender Executive/ Managers who could Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids/ design competitions.
- Searching Tenders from Govt. e-procurement portals.
- Identifying appropriate associates/ partners and form JVs for technically strong and financially competitive proposals, roles and responsibilities, preparation of bid fee estimation for each consortium.
- Gathering information about new tenders floated for large infrastructure projects, urban mass transit (Airports, Railways and Metros), Land Port, Sea Port, Commercial Institutional, Industrial and Private sector clients.
- Tender preparation as per techno-commercial scope of work given in tenders, attending Pre-bid meeting.
- Manage bidding process, form JVs/Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/partners till bid submission,
- For successful bids manage work delivery between partners and internal team.
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Preparation of Work orders & Proposals. Follow-up with clients on submitted proposals status/ way forward, issuing of award letters/ performance/ completion certificates and identifying new opportunities.
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
- Track metrics to ensure targets re hit.
- Ensure timely submission of all tenders without fail.
- Excellent presentation preparing skill & communication skill.
- Formulate new ideas and strategies for generating more business opportunities.
Required Candidate profile
- English Communication is Must
- Candidate should be from Civil background experience
- Candidate should be able to handle individually Tender work(searching till submission & Post Bid queries handling.
- Should have relevant experience in handling Tender, EPC tender, Consultancy Tender ,Client Handling, Business Development, Pre-Bid Management, Business meetings, Pre Bid Meetings
