Key Responsibilities

• Drive architectural design for premium residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and faade teams to ensure seamless integration of design intent.
• Review and approve detailed drawings, GFCs, and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Manage design consultants and vendors for timely deliverables.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
• Promote innovation in design aesthetics, functionality, and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Architecture from a reputed institute.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-rise and luxury projects.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM workflows.
• Excellent understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Preferred

• Experience in large-scale real estate projects.
• Knowledge of green building norms and certifications (IGBC/LEED).
