 Sr. Sales Executive

Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting our products or services, and closing sales to help the company achieve its revenue goals. Your primary duties will include generating leads, meeting with clients (virtually or in-person), giving product presentations, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential customers via cold calls, emails, networking, or referrals Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals Ability to understand and explain technical information (if applicable) Experience in sales or customer service is preferred Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 hidden_mobile,
