Location : Mumbai ( Chembur )

Position: Continental /Italian chef
Vacancies: 2
Salary: 25,000/month

We are hiring an experienced Commi- I /II to manage and support operations in Continental kitchen sections. The ideal candidate should be confident in independently handling food preparation and supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Healthy and Continental dishes
• Oversee kitchen operations during shifts
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation
• Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning and inventory management
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant kitchen experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisines
• Leadership qualities and ability to multitask under pressure

2. Commi 3 Continental Section

Vacancies: 2
Salary: 17,000/month

We are looking for a motivated Commi 3 to assist in both Indian and Continental food preparation. This role is ideal for someone starting out in the culinary field and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support chefs in basic food prep and kitchen operations
• Clean and organize kitchen workstations
• Assist in storing and handling ingredients
• Follow hygiene and food safety protocols

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of kitchen experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen
• Basic understanding of European and/or Continental cooking techniques
