Job Description :-

Develop and implement strategic plans for the agency channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
Set and monitor performance targets for agency partners.
Provide support and training to agency partners to maximize performance.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts with agency partners.
