We are looking for join as Associate Sales Consultants our Sales team. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions. Both freshers and candidates with relevant experience will be considered for this position, and prior experience in sales will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Customer Interaction:
    1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

    3. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
  2. Product Knowledge:

    2. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions.
    3. Offer expert guidance and recommendations to customers.
  3. Order Processing:
    1. Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
    2. Assist customers with placing orders, payment, and tracking.
    3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  4. Customer Engagement:
    1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    2. Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the shopping experience.
    3. Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services as appropriate.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    1. Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve common goals.
    2. Share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Both Graduate and undergraduate can apply.
  • Freshers and candidates with experience in a similar domain are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to work in day shifts.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
