Designation: Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Technical Sales (for Turnkey Automation & Panel Projects)

Job Location: Surat, Gujarat

Key roles and responsibilities are as below:
1. Ensure sales & marketing activities for the given region for LV MV Panel/ Industrial Automation products (Turnkey based projects).
2. Ensure the sales and marketing activity for the LV MV panel and solutions like LV Switch Gear, Panels, Busducts, MCC, PCC, Power Distribution Panels, Siemens Automation, PLC, SCADA, Drives etc.
3. Explore the opportunity for project tendering and generating Business.
4. Managing existing clients and developing new clients for better business growth.
5. Identify and develop a good business network in the industry.
6. Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions by designing appropriate automation systems.
7. Lead the tendering process for turnkey automation projects, including preparing tender documents, technical specifications, and pricing strategies.
8. Error-free offer making and follow-ups with customers and cracking the deals.
9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.

Skills and Competencies:
a. Having sound knowledge of Bidding/Tendering and handling Turnkey & Projects will be an added advantage.
b. Should have sound knowledge of LV MV Panel, Drives & Automation
c. Should be excellent in organizing self and managing priorities
d. Excellent communication skill and convincing ability
e. Good leadership skill and interpersonal skills
f. Excellent Client Relationship Management and willingness to travel as required to meet with customers.

Must Criteria:
Application is invited from candidates who are having sales experience in the Automation and Panel industry.
Preferably the candidate should be from Gujarat only OR ready to relocate to Gujarat.

Qualification & Experience: B.E./Diploma Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/EC
Minimum 2 to 6 years experience handling industrial automation / Panel sales profile

Remuneration - 2lpa to 6 lpa + Variable Pay
