Location: Mysore
Exp: 4 years in International BPO(Voice process) - working as a TL/SME/ATL
Education: Graduate & Proficiency in English

Requirements:
International Voice process experience required.
Good telephone etiquette
Has the potential to gain trust and rapport building
Active listening skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Business email etiquette
Goal setting
Knowledge of MS-Office
Change orientation
Posses integrity, and enthusiasm and is loyal to the organization
Good written and verbal communication skills

Possess the ability to handle grievance
