Senior Manager Banking Sales/ Banking Alliances

Mandatory: Experience in Banking sales/ Business Development/ Alliance
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End-to-end ownership of relationship with Banks and NBFCs
- Understand product portfolio and drive sales with Banks and NBFCs
- Build relationship with the senior management and CXOs
- Hunting new opportunities through cold calling
- Owner of customer experience and client servicing
- Travel will be required across allocated region/ state
EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent relationship building skills with strong customer focus
- Proven experience in Banking/ Financial Services sector in sales/ alliances
- Hunting/ new account development
SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for business development
- MBA/ any relevant graduation/ post graduation
- Minimum 5 yrs experience in sales in Banking/ Financial Services sector
- For allocated region, local language written/ verbal fluency is required
- Understanding of BFSI industry KPIs/ deliverables
