Prepare, Execute and Map Annual Business Plans and Budgets of Stores
Prepare Annual Budgets
Identify weak stores and take measures to augment their performance.
Responsible for executing new projects of the company at Operations level.
While executing the new business plans responsible for liaising with all stakeholders including Site Owners/ Proprietors, Civil Functions, Brand Reps, Operations Head and other In-house Departments at the back end.
Ensure delivery of infra within stipulated timelines in alignment with concerned Departments till the Launch of the new store.
Responsible for presenting Business Cases & Profitability.
Networking with Brand Owners, Existing and Potential Mall Managements
Manage network with Brand Representatives for successful roll out of the business plans.
Ensure a regular Contact, networking and follow-up with existing and potential Mall Managements and Appropriate Authorities.
MIS and Exemplary Team & performance management
Maintain a robust store level Data Management (to analyze existing as well as real time data for analysis).
Track effectiveness of SOPs through feedback data and assess performance against pre-determined measures and benchmarks.
Ensure Quarterly MIS reporting.
Take administrative control of the team and act as a guide, trainer and coach
Prepare Self and team and equip them with updated product and brand knowledge through regular sessions
Allocate and assess KPIs and KRAs of the team as per Company goals and targets
Ensure succession planning for key positions
Identify and implement a growth / development path for HIPO and LOPO employees in the area/ zone.
