- Work Location: Doon Express Business Park
- Work Timings: 06:30 PM - 03:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday - Fixed Sat-Sun-Off)

About the Role: The Healthcare Recruiter is a key position, with the primary goal of providing Recruiting support for our various client locations across the US.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Source candidates from job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), and internal databases for clinical and healthcare positions in the US market.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with current US clinical/pharma market trends and job demands.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and recruitment activities.
Job Requirements :
- Must be willing to work night shifts.
- Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Comfortable working night shifts to align with US time zones.
Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
