Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage patching schedules for all servers, workstations, and network devices.
Collaborate with IT teams to assess patching needs and prioritize updates based on risk levels.
Execute, test, and document the deployment of patches for various operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
Troubleshoot issues related to patching and escalate as needed to appropriate teams.
Maintain patch management systems and ensure patches are applied consistently across environments.
Conduct regular audits to ensure patching compliance and recommend improvements for patch management processes.
Stay up to date on the latest security vulnerabilities and apply appropriate patches as needed.
Work closely with the security team to mitigate risks related to unpatched systems.
Generate and review reports on patching status and ensure timely completion of patch cycles.
