Job Description
BDO India LLP (or BDO India) is the India member firm of BDO International. BDO India offers strategic, operational, accounting and tax & regulatory advisory & assistance for both domestic and international organisations across a range of industries. BDO India is led by more than 140 Partners & Directors with a team of over 5000 professionals operating across 10 cities. We expect to grow sizably in the coming 3-5 years, adding various dimensions to our business and multiplying the increasing the current team size multi-fold.
The role would involve the below activities-
- End to end accounting for a company.
- Reviewing the work done by the team and closing monitoring deliverables.
- Preparation of monthly MIS as per the standard format shared by company.
- Salary entry is to be passed on monthly basis and payment of salaries employees and statutory authorities.
- Preparing SOPs for various processes in accounting function.
- Reviewing updating BRS to client on monthly basis.
- Fixed Asset register maintenance on monthly basis.
- Preparation of Depreciation schedule on monthly basis.
- Tax Compliance.
- Audit Pack preparation.
- Intercompany reconciliation for each month.
- Balance confirmation.
- Should be able to lead and motivate subordinates. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
