Associate (Finance & Operations)

Job Description:

We are seeking a hard-working & motivated individual to join the finance team of our investing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all finance, accounting and investment operations (trading, settlement, bank instructions) including liaising with outsourced consultants. They should possess the qualities necessary to grow with the firm and contribute to its long-term success.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all finance & investment related operations

2. Act as point of contact for all finance & trading related operations with outsourced consultants, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA / CA / CA Inter qualification.

2. Proficiency in usage of Microsoft Excel: Prior experience working on Microsoft excel - ability to use various functions in Microsoft excel & work with large datasets.

3. Motivated and Execution-oriented: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results and execute effectively.

4. Long-term Perspective: Commitment to long-term growth with the company.

5. Right Personality Fit: Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.

6. Experience: Prior experience in finance & accounting or related fields is preferred. Experience in trading operations in the past is a positive, but not a necessary requirement.
