Leading on-site operations
Are you a pro at leading teams in an exciting and fast paced environment? Passionateabout providing state of the art operations in beautiful office spac? Youll be readyimplement building management procedures and monitor performance measuresensuring consistent superior standards. In addition to managing facilities, youll be experienced in managing client relationshipsand be equipped to continue our strong partnership. Youll need to be proactive andengaging, making sure that the clients expectations are met consistently. You will also be the go-to person for any facilities related concerns, with a hand-on working style and theability to get things done in this exciting and dynamic environment.
Keeping an eye on budget and contracts
Do you have a solid background in finance management? You will be responsible f financial operations, managing budgets and accurately forecasting. Part of your job is manage and coordinate vendors and suppliers, youll make sure that they deliver quality work according to the contract, at the right cost.

Competent and goal-driven
To be a fit for this role, you will have Eight plus years o relevant experience of propermanagement. Likewise, experience of managing commercial contracts and budgets may just help you land this job. Youll also need to be a goal-oriented individual whospassionate about managing a successful team, maintaining a safe working environment, with strong vendor management practices.
Organised and analytical
