Role Overview

The Facility Lead will be responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple client accounts in India. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring seamless delivery of facility management services aligned with global standards. The position demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to foster collaboration across regional and global teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for client stakeholders, understanding business needs and ensuring service delivery meets contractual and operational expectations.
  • Operational Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing account management team, promoting a culture of trust, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational plans, support project timelines, and contribute to regional and global initiatives.
  • Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to compliance standards and best practices.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Drive process enhancements, adopt innovative solutions, and share best practices across regions.
  • Technical Expertise: Oversee technical services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Global Coordination: Support regional/global communication, participate in leadership forums, and align local operations with global strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
  • Proven experience in facility management, technical services, and large-scale operations.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and international client servicing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with building systems, maintenance protocols, and sustainability practices.
